Case study 02 · Atlas
Can we connect our preferred payment gateway to Bokun?
The brief
Atlas runs a tours and activities business on Bokun. The payment setup that ships with Bokun runs through Stripe, and for their customer base it was not working. Customers reached the final checkout step and hit a wall. No payment went through and no booking completed.
A recurring share of business slipped away every week, and Stripe support was not in a position to fix it quickly.
One experience
Rows 03 and 04 are identical on purpose. The journey did not change, the outcome did.
The build
Telr wired directly into the Bokun booking flow, with a custom checkout so payment stays on brand instead of throwing the customer at a redirect. Merchandising tools group experiences by city, category or any set Atlas chooses, dropped anywhere on the site with a shortcode. Landing pages are generated with data pulled live through the Bokun APIs. It all sits on top of Bokun. Nothing about how Atlas manages their tours changed.

"We could not take a payment online. Now we can, and we can group and present our experiences however we like."
