Privacy policy

MoFusion is a brand operated by Nanotk Solutions Ltd, a private company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (commercial licence CL6809). Nanotk Solutions Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, company, and anything you include in an enquiry.
• Client project data: information you share with us so we can deliver a project or run a service for you.
• Service data: basic records of how our software is used, so we can operate, support, and secure it.
• Website data: standard technical information such as pages visited and approximate location.
• Business contact details we obtain elsewhere: where we contact a business about our services, we may hold work contact details such as name, job title, company, and work email address. We obtain these from publicly available sources and from third-party business data providers.

We do not sell personal data.

We contact businesses about services we think are relevant to them. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in offering our services to potential business customers, and we limit it to work contact details rather than personal ones.

If you would rather we did not, reply to any message from us asking to be removed, or email legal@mo-fusion.com. We will stop and delete your details. You can also ask us where we obtained them.

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
• To operate, support, secure, and improve our software.
• To send invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations.
• To send service updates. Marketing messages only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

Our legal basis is that the processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, to meet a legal obligation, or because you have consented.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, email, payment, and accounting providers. They act on our instructions and may use the data only for that purpose.

We also share data where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers operate outside the UAE. When personal data is transferred abroad, we take steps to keep it protected, such as putting an appropriate contract in place with the provider.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and for any period the law requires us to retain it. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your personal data
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• stop or restrict how we use it
• transfer it to you or another provider
• stop any decision made purely by automated means, including profiling

To exercise any of these, email legal@mo-fusion.com. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.

Our website uses only what is necessary to make the site work and to understand basic usage. If we introduce advertising or tracking cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Where a change significantly affects you, we will tell affected clients directly.
